Google Hangouts Meet will be used to conduct class over video conferences. Each grade is assigned a unique link for their google hangout: (classname).telerec.org
Example: 3a.telerec.org


Students will login with their gmail accounts to the hangout during class time (10:30-12:30 CST) 


Step 1:

The student puts the link for their class’s hangout into the browser




Step 2:

Allow camera and microphone access to application




Step 3: 

If prompted click the sign in button 



and sign in with your gmail account.





Step 4:

Click Join Meeting




Step 5:

Student is taken to the google hangout screen and student clicks Join.
